3/30/2024 The time limit for the protest window is 13:23:15.

--CHANGE to SCHEDULE: The Distance Race on Sunday, 3/31/2024, has a new start time of 11:00 AM.  The Skipper's Meeting will be at 9:00 AM with launch times directly following the meeting. (Note: no gear, covers, dollies, etc may be left on the grass or bulkhead. Derigging and boxing will all take place in designated areas in the back parking lot). 

--3/29/2024 The time limit for protest window is 15:19:10  

--Race #5 Last Finish completed at 14:28:42. The protest period is open until 15:38:42.

--Hawaii News Now livestream website and videos on demand. The event will be covered live from Kaneohe Yacht Club from 5AM to 8AM HST on Thursday, March 28th.

--The Sailing Instructions are posted in the Race Docs. Note: The Skippers' Meeting will be at 9:30 AM on Sunday, March 24.

--Communication will be through Whatsapp. 

--The Schedule of Events is subject to change. Updates will be posted and communicated via WhatsApp.

--The  Luau Dinner is scheduled on March 30th. This meal is included for all competitors and 4 tickets are included with a Gold Level Sponsor. Additional Luau Dinner Tickets are available for purchase by March 28th.

--All Non-Members of KYC must park outside on Kaneohe Bay Drive. If you would like to park inside the gate, please consider being a Gold Level Sponsor. 

--Spectator Boat Tickets will be filled from a wait list: Sign up HERE. Meet at the flag pole 1 hour before the 1st start (on 3/28 meet at 11:00 AM). Bring your own drinks, snacks, sunscreen, jacket, binoculars, and aloha spirit. Notices to waitlisted spectator willl be emailed and texted the night before, and on the day if postponement occurs. If there is high demand, the boat may return to change spectators at the end of G Pier after 2 races. To guarantee a seat on a spectator boat, please consider being a Gold Level Sponsor.

--Event Rashguards are available for sale at the event. Pleasae purchase your rashguard online once you have your size is in hand.
